CONSTRUCTION BEGINS
Building a home is an exciting journey that unfolds in phases.
Phase 1 marks the groundbreaking stage, where we focus on obtaining all necessary permits, preparing the site, laying the foundation, and installing plumbing. This crucial phase also includes the first inspection to ensure everything is on track. This takes around 1-2 months.

Phase 2 of your home building journey involves the rough framing, along with installation of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems. Once these critical elements are in place, another inspection will be conducted to ensure everything meets the standards. This phase typically takes about three months to complete, bringing us closer to visualizing your dream home. We appreciate your patience as we work diligently through this important step!

Phase 3 is an exciting milestone as we focus on crucial elements such as insulation, drywall, flooring, stone work, finish trim, moldings, countertops, cabinets, plumbing, and more. This phase also encompasses the installation of concrete driveways, patios, and any necessary finish grading. Additionally, we can begin planning your landscaping needs. We're nearing the finish line, and it's time to bring your vision to life! This phase takes around 3-4 months.

Phase 4 is where the excitement builds as we finalize all the last details. The HVAC system is complete, plumbing fixtures are installed, and landscaping is in place if required. As we enter the cleanup process, we prepare for the final walkthrough to ensure everything meets your expectations. This phase takes about 1-2 months. Start packing and welcome home!
