INITIAL CONSULTATION
Welcome to our first consultation! During this meeting, James will look over your project in your home, determine your budget and work on the estimate for you new home project.
CONTRACT
Once the estimate is approved, we will email over the contract to be signed. The contracts will outline all of the work to be complete as well as a break down of the payments. Typically we require 50% due in the beginning and the other 50% due at completion.
PERMITS
If permits are required, we will work with your town or city to acquire those permits.

MATERIAL SELECTIONS AND PURCHASING
Now it's time to start making your home what you've always dreamed of. We can help give design advice or shop with you. Our clients usually purchase their own materials but we can always purchase them for you and build that into the estimate.

BEGIN REMODEL
Hello demo day! A bagster or dumpster will be included if needed for all debris removal. James and the team will inform you of the schedule for your new remodel. A full gut kitchen remodel takes approximately 2-3 months depending on materials selected and kitchen size.​
